Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Çağrı Kırt (“I”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit cagrikirt.dev or use any mobile or web application published under the developer name Çağrı Kırt (together, the “Services”).

Your privacy matters. The Services are designed to collect as little personal data as possible, and personal data is never sold.

1. Data controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is Çağrı Kırt, an independent software developer based in the Republic of Türkiye. You can reach me at hello@cagrikirt.dev.

Individual applications may include an in-app privacy notice or App Store privacy label with additional, app-specific details. Where such a notice exists, it supplements this policy.

2. Data we collect

Information you provide

Contact and support requests — your name, email address and the content of your message when you contact me.
Account information — if an application offers an account, the email address or sign-in identifier (for example, Sign in with Apple or Google) and any profile details you choose to add.
Content you create — data you enter into an application in order to use its features.

Information collected automatically

Technical data — device type, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, and an anonymous or pseudonymous identifier.
Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data used to find and fix problems.
Usage data — aggregated information about which features are used, collected only where an application discloses it.
Server logs — IP address, request time and browser user agent, retained briefly for security and reliability.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). I do not receive or store your payment card details. I may receive purchase status information (such as the product purchased, a transaction identifier and subscription status) to unlock the features you paid for.

Device permissions

Some applications may ask for access to features such as the camera, photos, notifications or location. Access is requested only when needed for a feature, is used only for that feature, and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

3. How we use data

To provide, operate and maintain the Services and their features;
To process purchases and manage subscriptions;
To respond to questions and provide customer support;
To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve performance and usability;
To protect the Services and their users against fraud, abuse and security threats;
To comply with legal obligations.

Personal data is not sold, rented or used for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising unless an application clearly discloses this and, where required, asks for your permission first (for example, via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt).

4. Legal bases

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies, personal data is processed on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request), legitimate interests (to keep the Services secure and improve them), consent (where required, which you may withdraw at any time) and compliance with legal obligations.

Personal data is shared only when necessary, with:

Service providers that process data on my behalf — such as cloud hosting, databases, authentication, crash reporting, analytics, subscription management and email delivery — under contracts that require them to protect the data and use it only as instructed;
Platform providers such as Apple and Google, for app distribution, sign-in and payments, under their own privacy policies;
Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property;
A successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition or transfer of an application, subject to this policy.

6. International transfers

Service providers may store or process data in countries other than your own, including the European Union and the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Data retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after you delete it, except where retention is required by law. Support correspondence is typically kept for up to two years; server logs for up to 30 days.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but protecting your data is taken seriously.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

access the personal data held about you;
correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
delete your data;
restrict or object to certain processing;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time;
lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority — KVKK).

California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Personal information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@cagrikirt.dev. I will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

10. Account deletion

If an application lets you create an account, you can delete it from within the app (usually in Settings) or by emailing hello@cagrikirt.dev from the address linked to your account. Deleting an account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — please cancel it in your store account settings.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and personal data from children is not knowingly collected. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please get in touch and it will be deleted.

12. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may use strictly necessary technical storage and privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics that do not identify you personally.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date. If changes are material, reasonable notice will be given — for example, in the app or on this website.
